Return Policy

Refund, Replacement & Exchange Policy

We provide three days full RRE policy with extended one year exchange, checking and return policy with option to save your credit voucher.

This service we established in order to provide you with complete peace of mind while shopping online from us. You have 3 days for refund to check your product for any unlikely operational or internal issues. However, If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, please don’t accept and immediately notify us within 24 hours via email at info@mobipro.pk or via call at +92-311-11-33-122 so that we can timely inquire into it and can provide you reliable, trusted and right product.

Mobi-Pro return policy is valid for given two situations/circumstances:

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some undisclosed defect or issue.

However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • Brand sealed,
  • Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received,
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, order/ shipping invoice, warranty cards, manuals, documentation and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered,
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.

 

After Sale Repair & Testing Services

By further extending our quality services, we provide after sale repair and testing services. Customer can use his or her order reference for any future subsidize repair/ testing service.

For any kind of return, company is not bound in any way to pay shipping charges. Customers are advised to repack items with high safety and choose standard courier service for safe and swift delivery. Our support staff will contact you immediately after receiving your parcel. Your return will be process against your original order reference number. For sale, repair and testing service a new account with unique customer identity will be generated.

Limited Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, under on circumstances including negligence, shall MobiPro International Pvt Limited or its directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages (including but not limited to, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information etc) arising to use the services.
